January Evaluation

So, I was dreading this moment. I have rated this past months progress. I am of course, subjective because I am considering the difficulty I faced in attempting these behavioral modifications and the extenuating circumstances that surround my endeavors. Its not an average, so don't check my math either. But I have to do this because things that can be measured can be actively improved upon.

Monthly Evaluation:
Rating: 2.7/5

BODY: 3/5
I started out pretty good...I was eating healthier and taking some pointers from 4hrbody just like I planned...and it lasted a whole two weeks! I ate that almost every morning, and liked it! I did notice I had more energy lol and it was fun to cook more. But I didn't keep it up. :/ I didn't exercise either, except for daily static stretching--which is good cause I made a habit of it!
I was aiming for healthier food choices and minimal exercising. DEFINITELY got that last part down. ;) lol Now I know that doesn't look very healthy, but it was... protein and legumes and veggies > sugar and bread carbs. I ate spinach and beans with almost every meal. That's an improvement upon cookies and various other sweets.

BRAIN: 3/5
Partial success. I am back in school, sitting in the computer center @ OCC right now, waiting for my next class. I definitely could have gone about it a bit better though, waitlists suck. :/ And all that music stuff? FAIL. Language stuff, partial success. Livemocha is amazing. I however, did my best to avoid talking to anybody who speaks another language and thus managed to thwart that other goal of mine.

SPIRIT/MIND: 2/5
Well...I did increase the frequency in which I read my Bible and prayed etc. but not enough yet. I did not alter my frame of mind in any significant way so that's a fail--I mean... an area to improve in. ;)

All in all, it was a better effort than my pessimistic side expected of me. Now I feel obligated to do more, since I can't stand losing/failing...so February will be better. :)
