This is it. I'm putting myself on blast to create a virtual sense of accountability for the goals I will be making this coming year. No more incomplete resolutions. Things are changing in my life, starting now. I will track progress here, and request public ridicule and laughter should I fall behind due to laziness, fear, forgetfulness etc. Let the games begin.

February Evaluation
I cannot believe it is March already. It's rather startling.
I don't want to evaluate this month, but I will.
BODY: *Fail.
Absolute fail. I started eating junk food again--Root beer floats being the primary offender to my diet.
I didn't exercise and I didn't even due my static stretching consistently like I had been. I gained maybe 2 lbs and almost even got sick. However, I went to the doctor and she said I'm in perfect health, but I don't feel like it. I am growing suspicious of Kaiser... I did, however, regularly take supplements and vitamins, but no strict regimen for any direct purpose other than general health. I mentioned this to my doctor and she thought it was odd, but apparently benefiting something.
BRAIN:***Success! I applied to graduate OCC with AA in Music and Japanese. I am attending classes in the mean time and absolutely LOVE my architecture class. I am in the process of building a miniature origami robot with Pepakura. (LOVE this!) And I designed a really neat 3d plan for lighting a conference room.
SPIRIT&MIND: **Eh. I haven't been doing fantastic in this area. Been a little bit more positive but not in the Word enough. I wonder if this has any correlation to my slacking off in fitness and health...Hm.
So...2 out of 5? Is that a fair assessment? It was a tough month. But March has started out better. It will be better.
